Shipping Locations

The Quest for Fitness currently ships orders within the United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Canada
  • International addresses
  • PO boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Military addresses

Orders placed with an unsupported shipping address may be canceled.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Orders may be processed Monday through Sunday, but orders are not processed on holidays. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping Timeframes

After your order has been processed, standard shipping usually takes 1–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier, product availability, order volume, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

Shipping Rates

The Quest for Fitness offers free shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping costs, if any apply, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may include items that ship separately. If your order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.

Shipping items separately does not change your order total.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or affected by a carrier issue, please contact us at:

The Quest for Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other issues outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Damaged Items
